Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 October 2026

These terms apply when you use heyolivia.co.uk or sign up for the HeyOlivia service ("the Service"). By signing up you agree to them. They sit alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

HeyOlivia is operated by Buruxab Khitago Butkus, a sole trader (micro-entrepreneur) registered in France, SIRET 106 084 379 00010. Contact: hello@heyolivia.co.uk.

2. The Service

HeyOlivia provides "Olivia", an AI voice receptionist for UK trades businesses. Olivia answers calls, takes the caller's details and requests a callback from your team. Olivia is an AI and says so at the start of each call.

3. Price and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Your bank or Stripe may show or convert amounts in another currency at checkout.

4. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time by emailing hello@heyolivia.co.uk.

Your card is charged on day 7 unless you cancel before then. If you cancel during the 7-day free trial, you are not charged.

Monthly and annual plans renew automatically until you cancel.

On the monthly plan, if you cancel after day 7, the plan ends at the end of the current billing period and you will not be charged again.

Annual customers can cancel at any time and must give a short reason for cancelling. The refund is £2,500 minus £250 for each month started, minus a £490 cancellation fee. If that comes to zero or less, nothing is refunded. Refunds are paid within 30 days of cancellation.

Worked example: cancel in month 1 = £2,500 - £250 - £490 = £1,760 back.

5. Setup fee and refunds

The setup fee covers configuring Olivia for your business. It is not charged during the 7-day free trial. It is waived for the first 10 paying clients. A cancelled trial frees a spot. It is waived on the annual plan, which has no setup fee. The annual refund, including the £490 cancellation fee, is in section 4. If you think you were charged in error, or you are unhappy with the setup, email us and we will review your case fairly and in good faith.

6. Your responsibilities

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service running at all times but rely on third-party telephony and voice providers, so we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or improve the Service from time to time.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost business or indirect losses arising from missed calls, call-handling errors or service interruptions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "last updated" date above shows the latest version, and we will tell active customers by email about material changes.
